No doubt, e-commerce platforms like Gofers, Big basket and Amazon Pantry have helped a lot in reducing our burden for going to the store and bringing heavy bags. But sometimes I find it quite interesting, doing grocery shopping in the supermarket and store.
There are a few major chain stores and several mini-marts in my locality. Once in a month, I do my no-makeup look and visit and discover an exciting and different array of options, and it contributes to a sense of adventure in my discovery of something new to try. Well, there are several options or ideas that can be your answers on how to live an adventures life during your 9 to 5 job. But let me tell you none of them will work for everyone, you will have to choose what fits your interests and time the best and then take decisions accordingly.
- Get early in the morning and go for a morning walk/run/hike in the park or near the local trail (Here, don’t reduce your sleeping hours, but skip the 30-minute episode of your favourite series and sleep 30 minutes earlier at night).
